Three different architectural approaches dominate the Bahçeşehir Konakları project, which consists of a total of 286 residences, 60 of which are villas and 226 flats.
In the Bahçeşehir Konakları project, 3+1 flats were designed as 168 square meters net, 4+1 flats were designed as 205 square meters, and 6+1 garden duplexes were designed as 370 square meters net. Duplexes have a 200 square meter garden terrace.
